The Latest Kraez can help you celebrate any event with a customized dessert. For Rachael Kraez, baking is not only a hobby, but a passion. She earned her associate’s degree in baking and pastry, as well as her bachelor’s degree in food and beverage entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University. Then, with the endless support of her parents, she put her time, dedication, and heart into building up the Latest Kraez, from a small at-home business run out of her kitchen to a brick and mortar store. By opening up her storefront in Longmeadow, Rachael hopes to continue to share her love of baking with you.
The Latest Kraez offers custom desserts for birthdays, weddings, graduations, holidays, or just to satisfy that sweet craving! Rachael specializes in cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and pies, and she can replicate any image onto a dessert. All of her desserts are made from scratch to satisfy your order.
