Description
This is a great way to kickstart your fitness journey. Our sessions will be based around learning core movements (utilizing a mix of bodyweight and equipment) that you will be able to replicate at home so you can crush your goals!
Sessions are held at The Reset – 4 Open Square Way, suite 203 Holyoke, Ma 01040
Each training session is 55 minutes in length
The Reset is a TRX® TEAM Fitness Studio offering personal and group training sessions. Classes are pared down to three essentials: cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and flexibility.
At The Reset, we do not care about six-pack abs. We care about you living a strong, healthy, and long life.
We are not interested in “elite fitness”. We want you to feel comfortable in your own skin.
We do not follow fitness trends. We are here to teach you movements to keep you (and your core) flexible and strong.
