Maple Brook Alpaca offers 1-3 day shipping. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail, and will work to get your order out as soon as possible. For most of our products, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order from Maple Brook Alpaca, we encourage you to first contact Maple Brook Alpaca to try and rectify the situation. We can provide a refund or exchange if it falls within our store policies.
