Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping and handling:
All shipping and handling fees will be added at the end of each order.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
(We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.)
Refund Policy
All returns must be in the original package, unused, and in good condition.
There is a 10-day return policy. After 10 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return(s).
Once management receives and reviews the product, a decision will be made regarding the refund or exchange, per management.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mailed back the return for the return to be processed.

Free Gift with Purchase:
Returning an order that included a free gift: Please include the free gift with your return (original package, unused and in good condition), or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
Non-Returnable Purchases:
Sale/Clearance products and free product(s) are not eligible for returns.
Damages:
If your purchase(s) arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product. Please provide pictures of the damaged product(s).
