Shipping Policy

Feel Good Shop Local offers 1-5 day shipping and in store pickup. Our sellers ship orders via USPS Priority Mail, and will work to get your order out as soon as possible. 

If you've chosen our shipping option, you can expect to receive tracking information on your order when the seller prepares your order for shipping, along with a notice of delivery when it arrives. 

If you've chosen the pickup in store option, our sellers will notify you via email about the status of your order. You can expect to receive notice of when and where you can pick up your order. 


Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order from Feel Good Shop Local, we encourage you to first contact the seller to try and rectify the situation. They can provide a refund or exchange if it falls within their store policies. 

If you are unsatisfied with the result after contacting the seller, you can contact Feel Good Shop Local Support. We will do everything possible to ensure your happiness.  If you have a Feel Good Shop Local account, you can login and create a support ticket for that order. If you've checked out as a guest, you can use or Support page to contact us about your order. 

Please provide all the order information so we can best assist you. This includes the order number, the store, the product and quantity ordered, and the issue or problem you've encountered. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Harper James does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return with a carrier that offers tracking service so you know when the return has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@harperjamesclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories including jewelry, bags, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as items might sell out. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
