Return Policy:Â custom creations, special orders, art, seasonal and holiday items, certain artisan items, event items, flowers & plants may not be returned or exchanged those items are final sale. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days. Holiday gifts with the exception of the above items may be returned up to 14 days after the holiday.Â
