Shipping Policy

We package and ship orders Monday to Friday and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (usually faster). GRATI beauty shipments may take up to 10 business days (usually faster).  Exceptions may occur if there is a question or issue with your order, in which case we will contact you directly. Please note that weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days.

We promise we always do our very best to ship as quickly as possible!

Tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after tracking information has been assigned.

To provide the fastest service, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing the tracking information for each item.

Refund Policy

An item may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as it is within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges on items that are damaged, have been visibly worn, or returned past the 7 day mark. Please note that all returns must be sent out with original tags in their original packaging (including any packaging containing the item sku). There will be a 20% restocking fee for items that are not returned in original condition, as well as on items that are returned smelling of perfume or dirty (this includes items covered in animal fur) as we cannot resell these items. You must inform us of ALL items that will be included in your shipment as we need to confirm that the order qualifies for return or exchange.

All sale items (this includes discounted items and clearance), presales, bralettes, and accessory items are FINAL SALE! 

To initiate a return or exchange, please request below, and include the order number, item you would like to return, and reason for the return or exchange.

You will be sent a return label, and it is the customers responsibility to print and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds can take between 3-5 business days after the item is received, and will be delivered via email in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together. Any additional shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.

If you are sending a return from an order purchased through Sezzle, please note that your refund will be in the form of a GRATI shop e-gift card, and you are still responsible for you Sezzle payments.
