Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship domestically via USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Select, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (whichever is most prompt for your geographic location).

US shipping charge is a flat rate of $10.00 per order.

Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Unopened, unused and undamaged products purchased at our physical location may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. All returns will be refunded for the equal value of the original purchase price in the form of an exchange or store credit only. We keep record of all purchases digitally. If a transaction cannot be verified, a refund will be denied.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Unopened, unused and undamaged products purchased online at champagneapothecary.com, may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. All returns will be refunded for the equal value of the original purchase price in the form of an exchange or store credit only. We keep record of all purchases digitally. If a transaction cannot be verified, a refund will be denied.

Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees when making an online return or exchange. Champagne Apothecary does not pay for shipping charges to return or exchange any items. As with in-store purchases, all online purchases will be refunded for the equal value of the original purchase price in the form of store credit or exchange only. As an alternative, if you are in the area, you may return your online purchases in store as long as your purchase is accompanied by your original receipt and your refund will be processed as an in-store refund.

Champagne Apothecary does not offer refunds on any DIY, custom (including, but not limited to print on demand apparel, tote bags, notebooks, stickers, coffee mugs etc.), opened or used products, services, final sale items, or gift certificates. No exceptions.

CHARGEBACKS

All purchases will be marked as coming from CHMPGNEAPOTHECARY on your credit card statement.

Before deciding to initiate any form of chargeback, please speak with us first. We keep very detailed records and documentation of all purchases. If a chargeback is initiated and the bank finds we are not responsible after reviewing our records and documentation, the customer will be charged the $15.00 fee Champagne Apothecary is charged by our payment processor for processing the chargeback.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Champagne Apothecary asks clients to reschedule any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We understand unexpected circumstances happen from time to time and are happy to assist in the event of an emergency, as a one time courtesy. However, the studio is very busy and we want to serve our customers well. Repeated cancellations/no-shows take up valuable time in the studio's schedule and ultimately impede upon other client's ability to book. Therefore, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and/or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the specific service(s) booked. Additionally, if a client fails to reschedule an appointment within the allotted time more than twice, that client will no longer be allowed to book appointments.
