Description

Andrew’s wonderfully graphic pieces can be used as (hangable) wall tiles, spoon rests, or coasters. Beautiful grouped or singular. Tile is 4″ x 4″, and has a hanging recess and soft feet to protect surfaces. About 3/8″ thick.

Shipping Policy

We ship out purchases every Monday, so you may expect your package 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) from the purchase date via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.

We ship to the contiguous United States (including Washington DC) and Canada only.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order when the order is shipped.

Shipping charges include order processing, packaging, handling, insurance, and shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

All items shipped will be fully insured.

Refund Policy

You may return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund, minus the shipping charge. When an item is returned, it must be in its original condition—unworn and unused. The item being returned must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. There are no returns after 14 days, or on special order/custom work.

To return an item:
1. Email salmonfalls@megaplanet.com or call us at (413) 625-9833 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. If you email us to make a return, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your return authorization number (RA#).

2. Repack the item being returned in its original packaging. You must include the original receipt in the package, along with your return authorization number. Please pack the item carefully! Salmon Falls Gallery is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We strongly recommend you insure and ship the item using a delivery method that can be tracked. The return package must be prepaid (we do not accept COD packages). Items returned in a manner that fails to adhere to the correct return procedure will not be accepted.

3. Upon receiving your return, the item will be fully inspected, as we cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged, altered, worn or used. We will contact you via email or phone once the item has been returned.

4. We will issue you a refund minus any shipping and handling charges within 4 business days of receiving the item. Please note that the refund may take 2-10 business to post on your account, depending on your credit card provider.

Online VS Store Returns
In-store and online returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days. Online orders can be returned in store, so long as the return is made in the aforementioned 14 day window.

Items Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a damaged item, please call the gallery at (413) 625-9833 immediately, so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain the original packing materials and box, and send us a photo of the item in the damaged box for UPS. If you do not have the original packing materials and box, we cannot accept a return. We will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item if it is available.
